July 7th 2023 - Create Partnership CPD Conference

On July 7th, the Create Partnership CPD Conference took place at the illustrious Birmingham Rep, and it was a day to remember! The conference was a joyous occasion dedicated to celebrating the remarkable team that forms the foundation of our organisation, from the ground upwards. We recognized and appreciated the outstanding contributions of our Learning Support staff, Learning Mentors, Office staff, Cleaning staff, and Kitchen staff, whose unwavering commitment makes our schools thrive.

The venue was buzzing with excitement as the conference hall filled to capacity, brimming with smiles and an overwhelming sense of empowerment. The atmosphere was electric, charged with anticipation for the remarkable lineup of guest speakers who would grace the stage. And they did not disappoint.

Serdar Ferit, Amjad Ali, and Cathal Lynch took the stage and captivated the audience with their powerful words. Their inspiring speeches and thought-provoking insights brought goosebumps to each and every attendee, reaffirming our belief in the transformative power of education. Their words resonated deeply, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all who were present.

But the magic didn't stop there. The Brookfields Choir, with their angelic voices, delivered a breathtaking performance that moved the entire audience to tears. Their harmonies and passion filled the room, evoking a profound emotional response from all who were fortunate enough to witness it, including the children's own parents! The choir's sensational performance reminded us of the immense talent and potential that lies within our schools.

The conference was a resounding success, not only in terms of the enriching experiences and powerful speeches but also in the impact it had on our dedicated lunchtime staff, LSA's, and site staff. The feedback we received from them was overwhelmingly positive, and it was heartwarming to see how valued and appreciated they felt. Recognising their essential role in our organisation and celebrating their efforts has been a key focus, and the conference achieved just that.

As DCEO, I couldn't be prouder of the day's achievements and the sense of unity and purpose it fostered. The Create Partnership CPD Conference demonstrated that when we come together and celebrate each other's contributions, we create a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone can thrive, #WeAreAllInThisTogether.

The July 7th conference will be etched in our memories as a day filled with joy, inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose. It served as a powerful reminder of the remarkable team we have and the immense impact we can make in the lives of our students. Let us carry this momentum forward, continuing to empower and uplift one another as we strive for excellence in education.

#WeAreCreate

Many Thanks
