Create Partnership Trust as Project Coordinator for the Skill-AED Project has been delighted with the progress made and completion of the “Mentoring Aspiring Leaders in Education” training programme held in Birmingham in March. Trainees from partner countries came to the training as well as English teachers interested in improving their mentoring skills.
The training was held for three days in Birmingham city centre. Trainees successfully had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge regarding coaching, tutoring and mentoring, exploring different mentoring techniques and mentor-mentees fruitful working relationships. They also shared their experiences and views about mentoring in education and had the opportunity to take part in role play activities. The training was based on the E-manual and learning units developed by projects partners. All the materials will soon be available on the Skill-AED platform created as one of the main outputs of the project.
