Create is committed to the wellbeing of our staff. We have access to the Health Assured and Employee Assistance programme providing telephone advice or face to face counselling for any of our employees who need assistance in challenges faced by all of us in our every day lives.
We follow national teachers pay and condiditons and have a generous pay policy. For support staff we pay in line with local authority recommendations.
We offer great tailored CPD through INSET days for both teaching and support staff as well as an opportunity to particpate in ERASMUS projects and EU travel within partner projects.

WANT TO WORK IN A DYNAMIC AND VIBRANT WORKPLACE?
We are looking to recruit a permanent lunchtime supervisor 6 hours per week term time only. We have one position available starting December 2020. We are looking for a motivated, responsible person who can demonstrate a high quality of supervision of pupils during the lunchbreaks. You will also need to work in partnership with the kitchen team to provided effective supervision of pupils and team work.
