We follow national teachers pay and condiditons and have a generous pay policy. For support staff we pay in line with local authority recommendations. 

We offer great tailored CPD through INSET days for both teaching and support staff as well as an opportunity to particpate in ERASMUS projects and EU travel within partner projects. 

 
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCO) - Greet Primary
MPR-UPR plus TLR 2.1/2.2 (£2,796/£4,813)

Required for September 2020 (full-time or part-time and permanent)

DO YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO LEAD AND SUPPORT STAFF TO DEVELOP CONSISTENTLY GOOD TEACHING, LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT IN SEND AND INCLUSION SUPPORT?

If you are a qualified SENDCO, the appointment is at TLR 2.2.

If you are a teacher with good experience of SEND and a desire to gaining the SENDCO qualification, the appointment is at TLR 2.1, moving to TLR 2.2 on qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding teacher with a proven track record of impact on pupils’ achievement.  The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the school’s provision for pupils with SEND and provide professional guidance for colleagues in order to secure high quality teaching and learning across the whole curriculum.
