We follow national teachers pay and condiditons and have a generous pay policy. For support staff we pay in line with local authority recommendations.
We offer great tailored CPD through INSET days for both teaching and support staff as well as an opportunity to particpate in ERASMUS projects and EU travel within partner projects.
The Members of Create Partnership Trust are seeking inspirational individuals to join our excellent Board of Trustees. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in one or more of the following areas: Finance/Accounting, Public Health, School Improvement, Human Resources, Audit/Risk, Estates Management, Legal, Marketing, ICT.
The trust seeks up to three individuals who can commit to the values and principles of the trust and its schools, possess short and long-term strategic vision and good, independent judgement. They should be willing to speak their mind, understand and accept the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship and be able to work effectively as a member of a team.
