The Board of Trustees is seeking a talented, qualified SENDCO to join our Hodge Hill Primary Leadership Team as SENDCO/Inclusion Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding teacher with a proven track record of impact on pupils’ achievement, to provide essential improving support for pupils with additional needs.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the school’s provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), provide greater clarity regarding SEND across the school and provide professional guidance in the area of SEND in order to secure high quality teaching and learning across the whole curriculum.
