The Members of Create Partnership Trust are seeking an inspirational individual to be the Chair of the Board of Trustees and work with the CEO and Deputy CEO to implement the next stage of our growth plan and journey to excellence.
The Trust seeks someone who can commit to its values and principles and who possesses strategic vision and good independent judgement.
The Chair is the non-executive director with responsibility for the Board’s leadership - working with the Trustees and the CEO/Deputy CEO to:
• set strategic direction, oversee governance and scrutinise plans for growth
• ensure financial stewardship and risk mitigation
• improve the performance of the schools including the progress of their pupils
